Where to find the book

We strongly suggest purchasing the book, paperback or ebook, from your local bookstore. If you don’t know where that is, take a few minutes to Google it (it’s good info to have in general, right?)

If you can’t afford a copy, please email Lawrence (lqb@mit.edu) and we’ll figure something out.

Update (30 Aug 2018): PDF version of the book.

Discussion questions

We’ll be using this Google spreadsheet to share individual reflections on the reading. There will also be some specific reflection questions. All written reflections are optional and the questions will be posted by July 1.

Questions? Thoughts? Concerns?

Email Lawrence (lqb@mit.edu).
